Delivery Time

We deliver across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other cities and remote areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or orders above a specified amount.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for most locations across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make payment at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable) to monitor your shipment.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. Our customer support team will contact you to arrange redelivery if possible.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and photos of the package and items so we can assist you promptly.
